This is the Rolex Lady-Datejust 26 ref. 69138 — a complete 18k yellow gold ladies' Datejust on a fluted-edge President bracelet. Powered by Rolex's automatic caliber with a hidden fold clasp, sapphire crystal, and 100m of water resistance.
This particular example was manufactured in 1996 and comes with the original box and papers, plus an additional president link not currently in the bracelet (shown in photos).
