This is the Zenith Chronomaster El Primero Yoshida Limited Edition ref. 03.3105.3600 — a Japan-exclusive collaboration between Zenith and Yoshida. It's a 41mm stainless steel case with a sunburst silver dial, applied baton indexes, exhibition caseback, and a black tachymeter bezel. Powered by Zenith's legendary high-frequency El Primero automatic movement (35 jewels) with sapphire crystal and 100m of water resistance. This particular example was manufactured in 2022 and comes as a complete set with the original double box, travel holder, booklets, warranty card, and full links.
